The challenge

The venture capital company commissioned a brand refresh and the development of a new website to present its vision and investment strategy in a contemporary way. It invests in visionary founders who use bold science to develop real solutions to global challenges. The previous brand identity provided a solid foundation, but left room for a stronger visual emphasis on innovation and a focus on pioneering technologies. The aim was to create a clear and differentiating visual language that conveys confidence in the scientific approach while emphasizing the dynamism of the investment strategy.

Solution

The rebranding focused on a modern, minimalist design with a clear typographic hierarchy and a strategically chosen color scheme. The visual language combines abstract, organic structures with technological precision to visually anchor the three central investment sectors - Programmable Biology, Food Technology and Green Industrials. The Nucleus was chosen as the key visual - a symbol of growth, transformation and the interface between science and technology. It embodies the combination of biological and engineering principles and creates a visual bracket for the company's investment field. The new brand identity strengthens the positioning as a pioneering VC for groundbreaking innovations and ensures a consistent, recognizable presence across all channels.
